Ordering & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• Custom orders and event bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance.

• Special order items are made or prepared specifically for your order and may require advance notice.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Fresh Food Policy

Many of our products are made fresh for each event or order. Because of the perishable nature of these items, availability is limited and products are offered while supplies last.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the agreed-upon pickup time. Orders not picked up may no longer be fresh or available.

Fresh products that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may not be eligible for a refund.

Event Availability

Our menu may vary by event based on product availability, weather, and demand. We reserve the right to substitute or discontinue products without notice.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Missed pickup appointments

• Orders abandoned after the agreed pickup time

• Products purchased at events unless there is a quality issue.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can make it right whenever possible.

Our products are prepared in an environment where peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, soy and other allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
